OFF-SEASON. OUR SEASON 7/7 WEEK 1 ___________________________________________ We start our days of with a repetitive warm-up which serves as a daily check-up of how our bodies is feeling, then we move on to movements situations related to the basketball skills we are practicing on that particular day.
